Seeking a spring-semester roommate for my furnished 2-bedroom apartment. Condo is a 10-minute walk from the Porter Square T stop, 20-minute walk from Harvard Square.

In a brick Harlow building, the unit retains its original moldings, hardwood floors... , and a fireplace mantle along with an open plan, modern amenities, and midcentury furnishings of a designer condo. Yours is a move-in ready room with a full-size oak bed with linens, desk, and walk-in closet. Fully-equipped kitchen with modern ceramic tableware. Light-filled living room with Danish furniture and Apple TV. In-unit washer and dryer. Beautiful shared garden in the back.

High-speed internet and all utilities are included. We will split the cost of a monthly cleaner for an additional $75 per person. All the smart lights in the apartment are dimmable, wifi enabled, and controlled via an app.

About Me: I am a PhD candidate in architectural history at MIT; I work from home most days. Looking for a tidy and conscientious roommate, ideally, someone who works at an office or library during the day.
