Harv. Sq. 2nd floor apt. in Historic House; summer sublet; potential 1 year

Available 6/1-8/31/23: One room in this open and sunny 2 bed, 1 bath, apartment is available for a summer sublet, with the option to renew for a year-long lease. The apartment is in a historic house, and has ample common spaces, including a large... living room and even larger kitchen, plenty of shelf storage, and large windows that let in a lot of light. It includes many appliances, including dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer. The large bedroom will be occupied by a kind and considerate Harvard postdoc from France who enjoys rock climbing. This unit is the second floor of a historic Cambridge house, split between the third floor unit, and the landlords living on the first floor.

Please reach out with any questions or to arrange a virtual/in-person tour!

The current tenant has lived here for over three years and she has been very satisfied with the place. The large kitchen and common spaces facilitate ambitious cooking and hosting, and the location one block from Harvard Square makes a walkable dinner out very feasible. Also, the proximity to the Charles River bike paths has been great for her daily bike commute into Boston, and within just a few minutes you can be walking or running along the riverside.
