Large, bright room in 4bed 2bath with grad students and working professionals

Spacious and green Home near Allston Trader Joe’s. We are looking for a permanent housemate moving in between now and January 1st! Rent is $1150 plus roughly $100 utilities per month. The house is currently of a mix of Harvard grad students and... young professionals, both male and female, mid-late twenties, four in total. We would love to find someone who is easygoing, tidy and sociable. Bonus point if you are into making music, art, photography, science, psychology or philosophy. We love hosting the occasional event and bring friend groups together. Slight preference for women to maintain gender balance, but don’t hesitate to apply!

The house is big. We share a well-equipped kitchen/dining room, a living room/home cinema, two porches (one with hammock anchors and rocking chairs) a washer and dryer unit, two bathrooms with two showers, a backyard with a fire pit, and parking space. The room itself has a walk-in closet and connects to one of the balconies. The neighborhood has some nice art galleries, workshop spaces, and music venues. It’s in a great location to access Harvard, BU or MIT. Well connected in terms of transport: Mass Pike, bus stops, the green Line, the commuter rail and the Harvard shuttle service are nearby.

If you’re interested, please send me a DM to tell us something about yourself and what you are looking for in a house!
