large sunny apartment in Somerville

The apartment is one of three in a house which I own and live in. It is on half of the second and all of the third floor. There is a total of five rooms. The second floor has three rooms, each approximately 144 ft square; the back room being the... kitchen, with the bathroom off the kitchen. The entrance to the apartment is in the middle room. The stairway to the third floor, a finished attic, is off the front room. Both of the front two rooms have large closets. The third floor has a very large central hall way, with two big room off each side, each with a large closet. The apartment is approximately 1,100 square feet. The hall way and the large room have skylights. Laundry facilities are in the basement, which also has some limited storage space. The house is 15-20 minute walk from Harvard Square and Porter Square. Buses run to Davis Square and Lechmere on Highland Ave, which is a block away. There is also a bus from a block away which goes directly to MIT.
It has just been completely rewired and has a new kitchen, including a diswasher. It has also just been repainted and the floors have been refinished.
