1 room with a shared bathroom available in a 4bed/3bath near HBS and the SEC. The rent is $1575/month; utilities and monthly apartment cleaning are included in the rent. The bedroom has a remote-controlled heating and air conditioning windowless unit... . There are three male roommates: two Harvard graduate students and one working professional, all mid 20's to mid 30's. We are on the third and fourth floors of a three-decker house.

The apartment is a 5 minute walk to the 70 and 86 bus stops and is a 6 minute walk to the 66 bus stop. Star Market is a 6 minute walk, Trader Joe's is an 8 minute walk, and Stop & Shop is an 18 minute walk. The Harvard SEC is a 10 minute walk and HBS is a 5 minute bus ride or an 18 minute walk. Harvard Yard is a 30 minute walk or a 10 minute bus ride.

I am flexible on the move-in date, as long as it is some time in January after the first week. This listing is a lease transfer with the option of renewal; the lease runs until 8/31/2025.

Upfront requirements: First month's rent + last month's rent + security deposit (which is the same as rent).
