1-bedroom in a fully furnished apartment ~ 4 months lease

I am looking for a quiet non-smoker any gender) who is in town for a semester (~4 months) to share my home with my son. It's a lovely sunny and spacious 2 bedroom apartment near a safe and diverse neighborhood, with theatres, public libraries,... restaurants, public parks, historic buildings and all that university campuses have to offer, from talks and seminars and open spaces. I am having to live abroad to take care of an aging mother, and would like the flexibility to come back Christmas and summers, that's why we prefer to rent the room out on a semester by semester basis. My son works during the day and leads a quiet life.
Apartment is two blocks away from Red Line in Porter Square and a 10 minutes walk to Harvard University main quad/ Harvard Sq. Bus stops are one block away.
Rent includes all utilities. Washer/ Dryer in the apartment (free). WIFI and TV subscriptions included.
The apartment is fully furnished, so you cannot bring your own furniture. You are expected to use your own sheets and towels.
Security deposit is a one month rent and is expected with first month's rent.
