Fully furnished 1-bedroom apartment available for sublet at Peabody Terrace from June 1 to August 31, 2025. The unit is on the 1st floor and features a private patio with a direct view of the Charles River. Quiet and ideal for summer research,... internships, or coursework.

The apartment includes a carpeted living room, a full-size bed, desk, closet, queen-size bed and ample storage. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, stove, fridge, microwave, and cookware. Bedding, towels, and basic furnishings are provided. AC available via window unit or fan. Laundry is available in the building and accessible with a temporary Harvard ID.

Peabody Terrace is a Harvard Housing building located within a 10–15 minute walk to Harvard Yard, HBS, and the Science and Engineering Complex (SEC). The Harvard Shuttle stops at the complex, and both Harvard and Central Square T stations are nearby. The building also includes study areas, bike storage, and 24/7 maintenance.

All utilities (electricity, water, Wi-Fi) are included. Sublet will go through the official Harvard Housing sublet process. Harvard affiliation required.
