This is a three bedroom cape house in Lexington. It boarders Arlington Great Meadows with walking trails and access to the Minuteman Commuter Bikeway that goes from Concord Northbridge to Alewife in Cambridge. It is also close to the Arlington... Reservoir and Lexington Christian Academy for summer swimming.

The house has two bedrooms and a full bath on the second floor and one bed and a half bath on the first floor. Four spaces for parking, a large yard for gardens with fruit trees two apple, two pair, two cherry and there is some large ball fields around the corner at the private school.

Pets are negotiable. It has washer dryer. The heat is oil with forced hot water. The basement was used as a playroom, but is used for storage these days.

Extremely quiet neighborhood with access to Lexington schools and town services that include skating rink, local bus service, multi pool complex running track, skate park, community center and jogging track. The bike path goes through Lexington Center and is an excellent way to have an evening dinner in the center.
