3BD 2 BR Apartment Near Campus

This is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom second floor walk-up apartment from Harvard University Housing. It has in-unit washer and dryer, central AC, dishwasher, and wood flooring in the living room (carpet in the bedrooms). The apartment gets lots of light... because it has west, south, and east facing windows. There is a park right next to the building, so the living room and third room have a park view.

The available room is the third room (NE or top left corner in the floorplan), which shares a bathroom with the second room (SW or bottom right corner in the floorplan). This room has its own private entrance (you can go straight into your room from outside the building without going through common areas). David (G-4 in Sociology and Social Policy PhD) has the room with its own bathroom (priced higher) and Elisa (G-1 in Education PhD) would share a bathroom with you.

The room comes unfurnished. The room pictures are from the roommate who is leaving. He will take all his furniture and extra curtains (blue) with him. The room comes with normal white blinds (same as the ones you can see in the living room). The leaving roommate will take some of the furniture and the carpet in the living room with him, which gives us a chance to redecorate or gives you a chance to bring furniture if that's something you'd like.
