4 bed/2 bath right by Porter Sq T stop

Looking for three new roommates this fall in a four bed/two bath apartment. Located on the second and third floor, with plenty of natural light, central heat, and high speed wi-fi. The second floor has the kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a... common space, and the third floor has a study, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. We have a washer/dryer in the basement, shared between us and the 3b1b on the first floor.

Rent for the third floor is 1225, for the second is 1300 (assuming my landlord doesn't change prices). I don't have a floor plan, but each room is roughly 12x10 ft, and happy to show y'all around any time.
