I'm subletting my spacious and furnished room in a 2BR/1BA apartment by the Charles River. Rent is $1650, all-inclusive of utilities and internet. Tenants need to be Harvard-affiliated since this is a Harvard Housing.

The room is fully furnished and equipped with central AC, a full-size bed, a 55-inch TV, a monitor, a desk, bookshelves, organizers, and more, as shown in the photos. The kitchen has a microwave, oven, dishwasher, large fridge, air fryer, etc.

Your housemate will be a male PhD student at Harvard.
