The large and spacious 1256 sq. ft apartment is a 10 minute walk from the Porter Square T stop, 10 minute walk to Harvard Law School, 20 minutes to Harvard Square, and right next to a Bluebike station. If you are at Harvard student, we are one block away from tennis courts and a free gym at the Quadrangle Recreational Athletic Center.

High speed internet and all utilities are included. All the smart lights in the apartment are dimmable, wifi enabled and controlled via an app.

The open-plan kitchen with island features everything you might need, such as a gas-range, microwave, toaster, new-model refrigerator, hot water dispenser, garbage disposal, and modern ceramic tableware for serving up to six at the oak-trestle dining table. The dishwashing machine does not work at this time.

The primary bedroom is generously proportioned with a queen bed, down pillows, Parachute linen sheets, 1920s nightstands, maple dresser, full-length mirror, blackout curtains, a long storage bench under the windows and two walk-in closets. Right off the bedroom is an in-unit washer and dryer. The recently-renovated bathroom features a rain shower and ample storage.

The secondary bedroom includes a full size platform bed with linens, oak desk, blackout curtains, and a walk-in closet. An additional open-plan window-facing office, with an Eames soft pad desk chair, is adjacent to the living room. It’s a charming space to work in.

The living room is the standout with a Danish sofa facing an Apple TV-connected flat-screen. Two bentwood lounge chairs look out through three grand windows framed by sheer drapery. The fireplace is decorative only.

Feel free to open all the windows and enjoy cross breezes throughout the apartment. There are AC units in the kitchen and master bedroom. We also have a portable dehumidifier in the closet, but it rarely gets used.
