Avail June Util Included - Lovely Furnished Bedroom in 2 Bdr House - Util incl)

Available for Summer 2025

Enjoy being in a quiet neighborhood, walking distance to Fresh Pond reservation for lovely walks. Organic garden in the backyard, very nice neighbors. Short bus ride (7 minutes) to Harvard Main Campus or just a 25 minute...
walk (1.7 miles).

Beautifully furnished bedroom in lovely 2-bedroom apartment located in a victorian house near the Cambridge/Watertown Line.

The house is located on the 73/71 bus lines, 7 minutes to Harvard Square. Buses run frequently (every 10-15 minutes during commuting hours, every 30 minutes the rest of the time).

My partner (Sean) and I rent out our spare bedroom. I am a 50 year old female professional environmental consultant. We are low-key, friendly and respectful.

The available bedroom is the larger of the 2 bedrooms, has beautiful hardwood floors, 2 large windows (lots of light). The room has a large closet and is tastefully furnished with a full-sized bed with down comforter, dresser, desk, bookshelf, TV...all the comforts of home. Limited storage is also available in the basement and the closet.

Ideal for visiting professor or post-doc/grad student.

The apartment is nicely furnished, has lovely hardwood floors throughout, lots of windows (light and cheerful), nice historical touches (crown moldings, built in hutch, claw foot bath tub).

The back yard has a picnic table and barbecue for use. The front has a lovely porch with comfortable chairs for sitting and having a cup of coffee or for enjoying a glass of wine. The house is located on a quiet tree-lined street, walking distance to cafes and the grocery store, botanical garden. Located on a quiet side street.

Looking for a like-minded friendly and courteous female, who likes a quiet/peaceful place to live, and is looking for a very nicely furnished bedroom.

All utilities included. Last month's rent required to secure the room.
