🏡 [Room for Rent]
The room marked by the arrow in the cover photo is available for rent. Monthly rent is a little over $1,000. It’s part of Harvard University Housing, so all utilities (heat, electricity, water, internet) are included, and...
maintenance is convenient.

📍 [Location]
Located on the border of Cambridge and Somerville, this place is super convenient for both living and commuting:
• ~10 min walk to Harvard GSD and HLS, ~5 min to HDS
• Star Market is right across the street; Whole Foods, Target, etc. are within a 15-minute walk
• Lots of nearby restaurants—e.g., Zoe’s (Chinese), Pho & Rice (Vietnamese), etc.
• ~10 min walk to Porter Square Red Line station, and several bus lines (83/87/90) nearby

👭 [Roommate Info]
You’ll be living with me and another female PhD student from Mexico. We’re both Harvard PhD students, have regular schedules, and spend most of our time in the lab or on campus. At home, we usually stay in our own rooms and keep things quiet.

🙋‍♀️ [Looking for a Roommate]
We’re looking for a Harvard-affiliated female starting in early May (move-in date flexible). Ideally, you are:
• Clean, quiet, and more on the introverted side
• Not someone who cooks frequently, and willing to clean up promptly after cooking
• Since there’s only one bathroom, we prefer no frequent overnight guests (especially no partners staying over)
• We’ve had some challenging roommate experiences in the past, so we’d love to have a Zoom call before signing the lease to align on expectations and habits and avoid future misunderstandings
