Hi! We are 3 grad students at BU looking for a new roommate for the new lease year! This is a 2nd floor 4b1b apartment located in Allston near Harvard Ave (7 min) and Packards Corner (11 min). This apartment comes with a dishwasher and has coin-op... laundry in the basement. We also have a cat named Smudge who is very quiet and very sweet. We are looking a roommate who is clean and respectful!

Costs (per person):
- Rent: $800
- Electricity: ~$25 (summer), ~$10 (winter)
- Gas: ~$15 (summer), ~$40-80 (winter)
- Wifi: $15
- Other fees: $200 agent fee + first month’s rent + last month’s rent + security deposit
