Charming, furnished 3rd floor studio in Mid-Cambridge

This is a large (650 square feet) tastefully furnished, open plan studio apartment on the third floor of a two family home in the heart of Cambridge. The unit is bright and sunny with many windows and two skylights. There is a large bathroom with a... shower. The kitchenette comes with a microwave, convection oven, refrigerator, and a two-burner stove top. Linens, dishes and cooking equipment will be provided. The sleeping alcove comes with a queen bed. (Please note - furniture in the pictures has been updated.)

There are two closets (one is a large cedar lined closet) plus ample under-eave storage areas.

Heat, hot water, and electricity are all included in the $2050/month rent. There is a washer/dryer in the basement laundry area for the sole use of the tenants. There is also a large deck in the back of the house which we can share.

Our home is within walking distance of Harvard University and about 1 mile to MIT. Very convenient to public transportation. Secure garage space for bike storage is included.

We live and work in our home on the 1st floor (we are both psychologists and consultants) and we are retired faculty of Harvard Medical School. We do have a dog, a sweet Labrador Retriever named Rosie.
