First floor apartment shared by three other roommates.

First floor apartment shared by three other roommates. The apartment has three bedrooms, a studio room (occupied by one of the roommates), two bathrooms, an open concept living room/kitchen, and an outdoor patio space (accessible from the front of... the house). Common areas are fully furnished (including most of the kitchen). The apartment has central air, free laundry in the basement, a dishwasher, and on-street parking.

We are looking for a fourth roommate to sublet from April 2025 to August 2025 and also sign a lease from September 2026 to August 2026. We are all in our early thirties and late twenties. Two of us are a couple and have a ten year old dog who has lived in the apartment for a long time. One of us is someone who recently graduated from school and is working professionally.

The room that is available is $800/month and shares a bathroom (with a window) with one other roommate. Utilities (gas, electric, and internet) are paid separately. Utilities are split equally.

Dimensions:
Room: 11ft 9in x 10ft 7in
Closet: 36in wide x 34in deep x 76in tall

The total rent is $3,400 but will be increasing to $3,500 for next year's lease. Three of us pay $800 per month and one of us pays $1000 per month, based off of the rooms. You will pay last month's rent ($800 - August 2025) and a security deposit ($800) directly to the tenant leaving on the lease (Venmo or check will work) before you move in.

You will also need to be approved by the property management to sign our lease for next year (September 2026 to August 2026). You will pay the first month's rent ($825 - rent is increasing for the upcoming lease) directly to property management.

Please let us know if you are interested and we can schedule a time to meet. We are looking for someone in their late twenties, early thirties, that works full time at their job or in school (not remote). If you are interested please reach out and tell us about yourself. The apartment is an 8 minute walk to the Stonybrook train station on the Orange Line and the southwest corridor bike path. 12 minute drive to the Longwood medical area.
