Fully furnished beautiful studio apartment, close to Harvard Law School and Harvard Yard

I am a graduate student at Harvard University and I will be subletting my apartment for the summer break. The studio flat is a beautiful, fully furnished apartment located in 29 Garden Street. Built in the 1920s, 29 Garden Street features an open-air... courtyard and spacious common areas that create a community feeling. 29 Garden Street also boasts two study rooms, a ground-floor lounge, and an outdoor patio. The studio flat features a kitchen with an electric stove, dishwasher, microwave oven, and refrigerator. There is a capacious wardrobe in the bedroom space, and lots of storage in the flat. The space gets beautiful light! Heat, hot and cold water, and electricity are all included in the rent. There is a large laundry room in the building that is accessible 24/7. All floors of the building are accessible by elevator, and there is a garage attached to the building for parking purposes. 10 minute walk to Harvard Yard and Harvard Square; 10 minute walk from Porter Square. Mid-way (10 minute walk either way) between two T stops: Harvard Square and Porter Square on the Red Line. Incredibly well-connected by public transport, but also very walkable.
