Furnished Spacious and Light-filled Studio in Quaint House to Sublet for Summer

This is a spacious studio apartment located on the first floor of a quaint house, right in the heart of Cambridge. The apartment is bright and airy, with multiple large windows throughout the unit. The main room is set up for sleeping with chairs... for lounging as well. The kitchen area has an eat-in table that can seat up to 6 people and is equipped with all of the dishware, utensils, and cookware to make your meals at home. There is also a microwave, as well as cleaning supplies and equipment. The apartment is furnished, including a queen-sized bed, a lounge chair, dining table (which can also be used as a work space), a television and two good-sized closets. The bathroom is large with room for storage and a shower/tub.

Harvard Yard, Harvard Square, and the Charles River are accessible within 5-10 mins of walking. There is a grocery store right around the corner. The building is quiet, as it only has 5 units and this apartment sits by itself at the front of the first floor of the house.
