Furnished, spacious, well-lit, quiet 1br apt short walk to Harvard Sq

Looking to sublet my lovely, fully-furnished apartment! I will be away from late June (~24th) to early August (~6th) summer 2025.

Essentials:
Fully furnished, spacious, luminous, quiet (top floor), one bedroom apartment. Quiet, residential...
neighborhood. 12 minute walk to Harvard square. Late June (~24th) to early August (~6th) summer 2025. $3200/month.

Apartment:
See photos and floor plan for a sense of the space (821 sq ft). Fully furnished. Gleaming hardwood floors, ample closet space, spacious living room and bedroom areas, kitchen with gas stove and much prep and storage space (no dishwasher yet), bathroom with combined shower + bath. AC units for bedroom & kitchen/living room area for summer heat. Fifth (top) floor with stairs and elevator access. View is of Craigie Street and above similar (less tall) apartment building across the way-- can see many trees and church steeples in the distance.

Apartment building:
“26 Concord Ave” run by Leeder Management. Quiet, friendly neighbors. Pet allowed (with permission from building manager). Bike storage room, in-building laundry, big central foyer.

Neighborhood / location / parking:
Lovely, quiet residential neighborhood— great for walks! 12 minute walk to Harvard Square, 10 minute walk to Charles River, 20 minute walk to Porter Square. Street parking available with visiting parking permit (which I can supply; however, you would need to move car every few days to avoid a ticket). You can also rent a parking spot nearby but would likely be a separate $150-$200/month.

Rent price:
$3200/month. Includes rent, gas, electricity (higher in summer bc of AC), internet, rental insurance. Heat and water provided by building. You would sign a form for my building management company and a sublettor contract.

Can supply reference of previous subletters if helpful.
