Large Bedroom available in 3B/2.5B Feb 1

Looking for a sublet from Feb 1 (Can be a few days earlier) through end of lease (Sept 1) with option to renew.

Large room with private bathroom and large walk-in closet in a great apartment in Dorchester. Huge space that can definitely...
accommodate work from home/study space. The room is the entire 3rd floor with private stairs from the 2nd floor. The closet is essentially its own room with built-ins, drawers, and tons of storage space.

The house is very spacious with open concept layout and shared kitchen and living room. In-unit laundry. Porch that gets great sunlight in the afternoon. Easy and ample street parking.

2 great roommates, female in her 40s and male in late 20s. The male is rarely here but is also looking for sublet for his room. Female is a nanny and works out of the house 5 days/week. She is very friendly and enjoys a clean and tidy relaxed space, no large groups/parties.

Looking for working professional or grad student in their 30s-40s who is clean and respectful of common spaces. Understands reasonable quiet hours, especially during the work week.

Steps from the red line (Ashmont) and many bus lines, can be downtown in 20 min. Very safe neighborhood with bars/restaurants walking distance.
$1350, utilities (gas, electric, internet) ~$100/mo..
