Our family lives on the first floor. The furnished rooms for rent are on the second floor in a separate 2,200 sq. ft. unit. The unit contains four bedrooms (each for rent), a large common area, a large common kitchen, two shared bathrooms (both with shower), and extra room for storage. One bathroom and the storage rooms are on the third floor, connected by an in-unit staircase. At the top of the third floor is another staircase leading to a 4th-floor cupola that overlooks the neighborhood. The whole apartment is furnished, including in-unit laundry, other appliances, dishes, and cutlery. Utilities, wireless, and regular cleaning are included. Each bedroom contains a single bed, a sitting chair, a dresser, a mirror, and small table. Each bedroom has two windows, a closet, and a decorative fireplace. Each bedroom will receive bedding and towels. Each bedroom has its own keyed lock.
