Lechmere room in 5 Bed/3 Bath (close to Harvard/MIT)

Hi Everyone!

One of my housemates is currently moving out to go home for a couple of months before medical school. We're looking for a subletter to take her place.

I am a current economics research fellow at Harvard (male). The other 3...
housemates are all recent Tufts graduates (1 female, 2 male) that work full-time. Here description is below:

"My name is Hannah and I graduated from Tufts in 2024! I am moving out of my apartment to travel home starting March 10th and am looking for someone to sublet my room anytime between March-August 2025! The apartment is conveniently located in East Cambridge (5-8 min walk from the Lechmere Green line stop, 10-12 min walk from Kendall Square and a 20 min walk from the orange line!), and is a 5bed/3 bath so you would get your own bathroom, free in-unit laundry, and stocked kitchen (cooking ware, utensils). You would be joining my four roommates who all also graduated from Tufts in 2024 and are working in the area. The room will come furnished with a full size bed, desk, table and dressers."

Additional information:
- The room is quite large at 175 square feet (fully furnished)
- It's a 5 minute walk from the Cambridgeside mall
- It's a 10 minute walk from a plaza with a Star Market, Dollar Store, and other retail locations
- It's a 25 minute walk from Harvard (but is 3 minutes away from the 69 bus stop that takes you straight to Harvard Square)
- It's a 10-12 minute walk from MIT
