Lovely one bedroom apartment in a charming and quiet old building, 5 min from Harvard Square

I am looking for a quiet and dependable adult tenant or couple, ideally grad/law/biz student, postdoc fellow, research associate, lab technician or newly hired assistant professor, preferably intending to spend at least one year in Cambridge.

The...
apartment is located at 21 Shepard St. in Cambridge, across the street from the Harvard Law School, 5 min from Harvard Square. It is a partially furnished (see photos) one bedroom apartment/studio, fine for one person or a couple, on the third floor of a charming and well-maintained old building. A hallway at the entry leads to the bathroom (shower/tub), a large bedroom on the right and a full kitchen/dining area to the left. Plenty of storage space, hardwood floors throughout, There is full laundry service, as well as some small storage space, in the basement.

It is a charming space with a lovely feel, bright light, really quiet (the windows give out to an tree-filled inner courtyard). Shepard St. is a quiet residential street near all of the amenities and venues surrounding Harvard Square.

I lived there some time ago when I was a postdoc at Harvard, and I loved the feel of the place, the building and the location. Since I lived there, a variety of Harvard, HLS or HBS folks have rented it. We are looking for tenants who are dependable, responsible, quiet and who will enjoy the location and the character of the place. Because my spouse and I are busy professors in Western MA, we are looking for tenants who are self-reliant and capable of dealing thoughtfully and creatively with any problems that may arise (after consulting with me).

The place is partially furnished (see photos) , and we are asking ~$2400/month in rent. The previous tenant reports monthly utility expenses ~$50 for electricity, gas and internet, but that number will obviously depend on usage. Heat is included.

The apartment is available for immediate occupancy.
