Hi all! We are a group of cheerful grad students and young professionals... (and a friendly cat!) looking for an additional roommate for a lease at 26 Ellery St. One of our roommates will be moving out on March 9, but we have an option for a partial move-in on February 9 if helpful. We are a mixed-gender group in our early to mid 20s, and are open to any gender/age to join our group! Here's a bit about the place:

- Conveniently located (5 minute walk to Harvard Yard, 10 minute walk to Central Square) and especially spacious housing complex that is well furnished with washer/dryer in basement
- Rent is $1350 per person and utilities are roughly $50-100 per person per month. The property manager requires a security deposit of one month’s rent that will be returned at the end of the lease, as well as a $200 lease-change fee that is non-refundable.
- The room: First floor, with 1.5 bathrooms shared between 3 people.
- Note that the photos are of the communal spaces (living room, kitchen, bathroom) and of the spare room that is on offer.
