Room for rent / Looking for roommate to share lovely North Cambridge apartment

I'm looking for a roommate to share a furnished, spacious, 2-bedroom apartment near Davis Square. The apartment is on the first floor of a tree-lined street close to lots of shops and amenities. Common areas include a full bathroom, large eat-in... kitchen, living room, dining room, and a gorgeous back porch and garden. Your bedroom comes furnished with a comfortable queen-sized bed and built-in bookshelf and closet. The room also currently contains a small desk, chair and bureau, which can either be left in the room, or removed according to your preference.s Washer, dryer, and storage available in clean, well-lit basement. Kitchen is equipped with a new dishwasher, induction stove, appliances and crockery; sheets and towels can also be provided if desired. The room is 10 x 10 1/2 feet, sunny, with green space outside and 50 feet of built-in bookcase space. There are hardwood floors throughout the apartment and LOTS of restaurants and shops within easy walking distance.
The apartment is shared with the owner, an English professor (she/her), and one very friendly cat. I teach at Boston University and work from home 2 or 3 days a week. I'm friendly, quiet, enjoy living with people, and always have some kind of art project going on.
$1500 a month for a minimum of 4 months, includes all utilities electricity, heat and central air, internet, and cleaner every other week. Will consider shorter periods on a case-by-case basis.
Location: 2-minute walk to 77 bus to Harvard Square; 10 minute walk to Davis Square Red Line. Minuteman Bike Path meets Somerville Community Path 7 minutes from apartment.
Steps away from restaurants, cafes, bars, stores, gym, soft-serve ice cream, Davis Square Theater and Pemberton Market. Between Porter Square, Fresh Pond Plaza, Alewife and Davis Square, closest to Davis Square.
Please text Anna at 617 470-9444 or email [email removed] for more information.
