I am looking for a roommate (1 person) for my home in Belmont near the Waltham, Arlington, Lexington line. $2,300.00/Mo. ALL UTILITIES INCLUDED. Can come furnished but optional, if preferred. The space is as follows: Master bedroom (15.5 X 11.5) with... two large closets and private master bathroom. Bathroom has built-in linen shelves. Second bedroom is (13 X 11.5) with one closet and built-in desk with shelves. This room may be used as an office/den. Both rooms have cable, 1 of the 2 rooms has a smart TV. Additional space for storage if needed. SPACE SHARED: Kitchen, Laundry area W/D, garage parking, large yard, and lovely patio with a BBQ grill. Home is in nice neighborhood with easy access to Rt. 2, minutes from Belmont Center, Rt. 128/I-95 and downtown Boston is a 9-mile drive. For students or visiting professors’ excellent location for Brandeis, Bentley, Tufts, Harvard, even Regis or Lesley University. For visiting medical personnel home is located within 15 to 20 minutes from: Lahey Clinic, Mount Auburn, Saint Elizabeth’s, Newton Wellesley. Home located within 20-30 minute Drive to: Mass General, Beth Israel/Deaconess, Dana Farber, and Joslin Diabetes Clinic. Short walk to bus which goes either to Harvard Square or Alewife T Station. I am a nice, clean quiet professional who prides myself on keeping my home tidy and organized. I have two cats: one indoor and one indoor/outdoor. Both have no vices. You must like cats. I am looking for (1 person) someone who is considerate, kind, responsible, neat and who respects people's privacy and belongings. Must provide reliable references. First month & security deposit required. No pets. Company welcome but not on a consistent basis. Preferably looking for long term rental will consider short term.
