Seeking a summer sublet for an unfurnished studio apartment in Soldiers Field Park (SFP) Building 2! On campus at Harvard Business School, the building offers a fitness room, yoga studio, and multiple social lounges, individual study rooms, and team... work spaces. The room contains in-unit washer and dryer, full kitchen, full-sized fridge, bathtub, and in unit air conditioning.

The only unit on HBS's campus available for the month of April! Longer sublet preferred.

Short walk from Harvard square, grocery stores (Trader Joe's, Wholefoods, Target, H-Mart, etc.), bus and T stops, and plenty of great restaurants. Soldier's Field Parking garage is nearby. Outdoor children's playground is available. Building has elevators and unit is on second floor for convenient access. No pets please.

Who is eligible to sublet?
• A Harvard University affiliate—anyone who has proof of active affiliation as a student or employee of the University during the sublet period. A proposed subtenant who does not have a current Harvard ID must provide their Harvard University acceptance/appointment letter or Harvard department-issued documentation, including assurance that the subtenant will receive
an eligible Harvard University student or employee ID, with the Sublet Application.
