Spacious Bedroom Close to Harvard – Perfect for Students & Researchers

Well hello there! 👋🏾

I'm leaving the US for good (!) next month and need someone to take over my lease from April 30th to August 31st, 2025, with an option to extend for an additional 12 months.

🛌 About your new bedroom:

✅ You would be renting...
a VERY spacious private bedroom with a large window (lots of sunlight)
✅ It's the larger of the two rooms and has a closet in the room too.
✅ Still got more stuff?! No probs. You also get an extra walk-in closet in the hallway opposite your room for added storage.
👀 Choice of furnished or unfurnished—as I'm selling my belongings!

🏠 About the apartment:

✅ Bright, furnished living and dining areas, plus a kitchen with a dishwasher.
✅ Located on the third (top) floor to avoid noisy upstairs neighbors.
✅ Prime location on Erie St., just a 10-minute walk to the Central T stop, Target, H-Mart, Trader Joe's, and more—perfect for Harvard/MIT affiliates. Get to Harvard Sq or downtown Boston in 15-20 minutes. (free M2 shuttle stops nearby!)
🐶 No pets allowed, but we have lots of plants 🪴

🙎🏽‍♂️ Your Roommate:
You would be sharing with Shankar (he/they), a Harvard research scientist and Harvard GSE 2022 alum who loves swimming, cooking, and is a boba tea enthusiast. An artist at heart, you might find him painting or working on origami. (I can't recommend him enough, it's been wonderful living together)

💰 Rent Details:
- $1500/month + utilities (first & last month's rent, but probably negotiable with the realtor). No broker fee!

The rent is competitively priced due to our longstanding relationship with excellent property management. If you're interested, please share a bit about yourself and your ideal living arrangement. Feel free to reach out with any questions about the apartment or neighborhood!
