Spacious room with en suite bathroom in beautiful family home
Dr. Christina Hinton is renting a room with an en suite bathroom in our beautiful home in Belmont, MA. Our home is an all new condo that is bright and spacious with a designer open-plan kitchen and living room, 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths, a large... family room, and an outdoor yard space.
The room for rent is a spacious room with an en-suite bathroom. The room is on the downstairs level, which also has a large family room and a separate entrance to the outside.
I'm offering the option of renting the room at a discount in exchange for cooking, lessons for the kids and/or other household support. If you'd like to do that, we can agree together what you'd like to do. Options include, for example: -$980/month + 5 hours of work per week -$1,280 + 2 hours of work per week -$1,480/month with no responsibilities
Furnished. The room is furnished with lovely Scandinavian design furniture. Very happy to send along photos.
Free amenities. All amenities are included in the rent.
Free cleaning. I will pay for a cleaner to clean the whole house (including your room and bathroom) twice a month.
Flexible dates. The start date and move out date is flexible and to be mutually agreed.
Neighborhood. Belmont is a lovely neighborhood, and we’re walking distance from a grocery store, a pharmacy, restaurants, playgrounds, and a large nature preserve.
Easy commute to Harvard! We are an easy commute to Harvard. It’s a 4 min walk to Trapelo Rd bus stop and from there just a straight 15 min ride to Harvard. It’s also a 2 min walk to Waverly Station, and from there an 8 min ride to Porter Sq or a 18 min ride to central Boston.
Outdoor space. We have a lovely backyard with a table.
