Summer Sublet (May15-August 30)! Holden Green Apt. 10 min walk from Harvard Yard

Summer Sublet (May 15- August 31 2025).
If you want to live in a real Harvard place, this apartment is a real gem!
It is such a lovely, bright, cozy, breezy, top-floor apt in Holden Green.
First of all, as I care about cleaning where I live, you...
will find a very clean and fresh house with furniture, which is rare around here.
My apt. literally 10-minute walk away from Harvard Yard. Grocery shops are very close, such as Whole Foods (10 min walk), Market Basket (12 min walk), and Star Market (12 min walk).
Just in the front of the house, there are highly recommended local coffee shops, souvenir, wine&cheese shop, restaurants, and LGBT-friendly bars.
Red Line (subway) is 12-minute walk away, and there is a bus stop just in front of the apt.
You will find the apt with basic furniture: bed (you need to have your own duvet, sheet, pillow, etc.), arm sofa, table with three chairs, kitchen stuff... You will find a closet for your clothes.
You need to figure out the parking policy as I don't drive and have no idea about this. Move in:May 15, move out August 30
If you have any questions, don't hesitate to contact me!
Best!
