HUH Summer Sublet, 1 Bed/1 Bath/Kitchen/Living with tall ceilings, wood floor, decorative fireplace

We are listing our Harvard University Housing apartment (only open to Harvard affiliates: faculty, staff, students) from May 15 - August 16.

We love this apartment and feel lucky to have it! We will be gone for a summer internship and are looking...
for someone clean and responsible to enjoy our apartment. We have put a lot of thought and care into furnishing our apartment with a California king size bed, two dressers, reading chair, bookcases, large sectional sofa (can seat five-six), two desks, dining room set-up, piano keyboard, a kitchen island, a printer, all the cookware you could imagine, plenty of nice lighting, and much more. There is laundry in the unit, an air conditioner in the bedroom, a private side entrance (in addition to the main front entrance), and a basement for approved storage. Utilities are included in the rent. What more could you ask for!

It is a great place for two and would be a luxurious set-up for one. It is steps from Massachusetts Avenue where there are tons of great restaurants and bars as well as buses. We are closest to the Law School, but only a leisurely 15 minute walk from Harvard Square or Porter Square.

We are looking for the right person who will enjoy a clean, chill, quiet summer- not a good match if you are hoping to have parties. We can chat and see if our place is a good fit. Thanks!
